Abstract

The integration of agentic artificial intelligence (AI), cloud-native platforms, and federated learning represents a significant transformation in the design of intelligent digital ecosystems. Modern enterprises and healthcare organizations require adaptive systems capable of managing complex workflows, enforcing process governance, and generating predictive insights while maintaining security, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Traditional cloud architectures often face limitations related to centralized control, data privacy risks, operational complexity, and inefficient resource management. This research explores the convergence of agentic AI-driven cloud-native platforms with federated learning-enabled distributed cloud infrastructure to optimize workflow orchestration and healthcare predictive analytics. Agentic AI introduces autonomous decision-making capabilities by enabling intelligent agents to monitor processes, coordinate resources, and dynamically optimize operational activities. Federated learning enhances this architecture by allowing healthcare institutions to collaboratively train machine learning models without sharing sensitive patient data. The proposed framework focuses on improving workflow automation, governance mechanisms, computational efficiency, privacy preservation, and predictive accuracy. A comprehensive research methodology is developed based on architectural modeling, simulation-based evaluation, performance benchmarking, and comparative analysis. The study aims to establish an intelligent, secure, and scalable infrastructure capable of supporting healthcare intelligence applications, automated business processes, and next-generation cloud-native services
