The convergence of quantum intelligence, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) automation represents a transformative direction for the development of secure, high-performance enterprise applications. As organizations increasingly manage complex computational challenges, massive data volumes, and rapidly evolving cybersecurity requirements, traditional computing approaches face limitations in scalability, optimization, and real-time decision-making. Quantum intelligence introduces advanced computational capabilities through quantum algorithms, quantum-enhanced machine learning, and optimization techniques, while cloud computing provides scalable infrastructure, flexible resource allocation, and global accessibility. This research explores the integration of quantum intelligence with cloud-based enterprise ecosystems to improve application performance, security, automation, and intelligent decision-making. A qualitative research methodology based on extensive analysis of scholarly publications, industrial research, and emerging technology frameworks is employed to examine architectural approaches, implementation challenges, and future opportunities. The study identifies quantum-cloud integration, hybrid computing models, AI automation, quantum security mechanisms, and intelligent resource management as essential components of next-generation enterprise platforms. Findings indicate that combining quantum capabilities with cloud environments can enhance optimization, accelerate complex computations, strengthen cryptographic protection, and improve AI-driven automation. However, challenges related to quantum hardware maturity, integration complexity, cybersecurity risks, workforce expertise, and governance must be addressed. The research concludes that quantum intelligence integrated with cloud computing can provide a foundation for secure, adaptive, and high-performance enterprise applications supporting future digital transformation
