Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven enterprise systems have emerged as a transformative force in cloud computing, enabling intelligent automation and accelerating digital transformation across industries. Organizations are increasingly integrating AI technologies with cloud platforms to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, enhance decision-making, and deliver personalized customer experiences. Cloud computing provides scalable infrastructure, flexible service delivery models, and cost-effective computational resources that support the deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. Intelligent automation, combining AI, machine learning, robotic process automation, and data analytics, enables organizations to automate repetitive tasks while improving accuracy and productivity. Furthermore, digital transformation initiatives leverage AI-driven enterprise systems to redesign business processes, strengthen organizational agility, and promote innovation in highly competitive markets. Despite these advantages, enterprises face challenges related to cybersecurity, data privacy, ethical AI implementation, integration complexity, workforce adaptation, and regulatory compliance. This study examines the role of AI-driven enterprise systems in cloud computing by exploring their contribution to intelligent automation and digital transformation. It reviews existing literature, discusses methodological approaches for investigating AI adoption, and highlights the benefits and limitations of AI-enabled enterprise technologies. The findings emphasize that strategic implementation, robust governance, continuous innovation, and skilled human resources are essential for maximizing the potential of AI-driven enterprise systems while ensuring sustainable organizational growth and long-term competitive advantage
